The series was filmed near the cattle property "Goshen", not far from the spectacular Blencoe Falls.
  Goshen Station, in the Australian Outback, is on the Herbert River of Tropical Northeastern Queensland - 130 kilometers south of Cairns. 

The remote valley near Blencoe Falls, on the Herbert River is more than 1,100 miles north of Sydney.

Terrain: Forests, Grasslands, granite, white water rapids

Flora and Fauna: Eucalyptus forests, crocodiles, fish, tropical birds, kangaroos, dingoes, deadly snakes

The two original tribes of Survivor: The Australian Outback were Kucha and Ogakor. Eventually the two were merged into the Barramundi tribe.
